Delivery Schedules
We'll deliver your water according to the frequency selected during your checkout. While we aim for 100% punctuality, traffic and UK weather might cause minor delays. We'll always keep you informed.
Subscription & Payments
Payments are processed automatically every 30 days for subscription customers. Don't worry, you can pause or cancel at any time with a 48-hour notice before your next scheduled refill.
2. Liability Limitations
Our team at UmbraFlow takes every precaution during tank refills and residential drop-offs. However, we're not responsible for pre-existing damage to water systems or inaccessible delivery sites. Are your access points clear? Ensuring a safe path for our delivery vehicles is essential for efficient service.
Liability for water quality ends at the point of delivery into your storage vessel, provided the vessel meets standard hygiene requirements. We're proud of our 17 years of accident-free service across the region.
3. Emergency Supply protocols
During water shortages or emergency call-outs, UmbraFlow prioritises essential services and existing contract holders. We'll do our absolute best to reach you within 4 hours, though exact times can't be guaranteed during major regional outages.
